We're More Than Loft Ladders. We turn wasted, awkward lofts into safe, usable storage for homeowners across Leicestershire, Coventry and Warwickshire — a proper loft ladder, a boarded floor, a light and insulation, most jobs done in a day and left spotless.
We're busy. Most of our work comes from referrals, which tells you how we like to do things, and we need another good fitter to keep up.
The role
- Fitting loft ladders, hatches, boarding, insulation and lighting in people's homes
- Usually a job a day, a mix of working on your own and teaming up on the bigger jobs
- Local work: home every night, no nights away, mostly weekdays
- You're the face of the business in someone's home, so tidy work and a friendly manner matter as much as the fitting itself
You'll fit right in if you
- Are handy with carpentry and joinery, or a solid all-round installer who takes pride in a clean finish
- Turn up on time, work tidy, and treat a customer's home like your own
- Are easy to talk to — a bit of reassurance goes a long way with homeowners
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have your own hand tools (we provide the van, fuel and all job materials)
- Bonus: some loft, roofing or boarding experience. Not essential though — we'll train the right person
