We are now looking for a motivated, reliable, and passionate Hospitality Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the venue and help maintain the high standards SIXTOWNS is known for.
As Hospitality Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and helping lead the team during busy services and events.
You will be involved in:
- Supervising bar service and customer experience
- Supporting private events and venue hires
- Assisting with stock control and organisation
- Leading shifts and supporting junior team members
- Cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness, standards, and compliance
- Creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests
- Making cocktails and maintaining standards across the team
- Opening and closing the bar and checking via close down sheets
- Maintaining HACCP & food hygine standatds
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks and understanding of technology used in hospitality
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous hospitality supervisory experience
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ A passion for customer service, drinks, and hospitality
✅ Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
✅ Confident handling customer issues and supporting team members
✅ Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative
✅ Knowledge of licensing laws and health & safety procedures is an advantage
