About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, specialising in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and clients.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of construction roles, from junior to seniority levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and networking
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of construction professionals
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Manage candidate applications and keep records up to date
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process
- Support consultants with administrative tasks and compliance checks
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using recruitment tools and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and positive attitude
