An opportunity has arisen within Domestic Services for Domestic Admin Supervisor.
We require self-motivated conscientious individuals to join our Domestic Services team.
The primary role of this position will be to supervise Domestic Services Staff, ensuring that cleaning standards are maintained within NHS premises adhering to the National Cleaning Services Specification, and to undertake the monitoring of Domestic Services duties and to ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times. Ensure all Domestic Services staff has the relevant training to post and carry out Personal Development Plans.
The post holder will provide and maintain a high-quality administrative service to Domestic Services, compile staff rotas and enter data into the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS) following all financial regulations. Ensure all stores orders are process using the Pecos ordering system and carry out General Office Administration duties as required.
This position would be ideal for anyone with previous housekeeping, domestic or supervisory experience within NHS Forth Valley and Administration skills. Although recognised supervisory training is desirable this is not essential as training will be given.
The successful candidate must be a good communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a flexible approach to work. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
