17 – 21 Hour Contracts Available
£13 to £17 per hour (contract-based)
August - Training and Development
September Start - Delivering Sessions.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable Sports Coaches / Wraparound Leaders to join our growing team delivering high-quality sports and childcare sessions across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
Main Duties Include:
- Delivering Breakfast Club Wraparound sessions every morning from 7:30am – 8:30am, involving fun and engaging sports activities.
- Delivering After School Wraparound sessions from 3:30pm – 5:30pm each day, focused on sports and active play.
- Additional coaching opportunities to increase hours may include:
- Nursery & Pre-School Sports Sessions
- Lunchtime Club Sessions
- PE Sessions within schools
Wrap around Leader duties and wrap around coach duties include:
- Opening Premises on a daily basis
- Registration of children in club / meet and greet parents.
- Serving Breakfast & Serving end of day snacks
- Learning Ofsted requirements of Wrap around provision
- Leading a team to run the provision daily
- Ensuring all children are safe on site and participating in sporting activities.
- Leading Activities in the morning and afterschool everyday following a structured sporting schedule.
Requirements:
- Clean Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one by the company)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Passion for working with children and delivering engaging sessions
Training & Support:
The company can support successful candidates who do not currently hold:
- First Aid Qualification
- Safeguarding Certification
- Food Hygine course
- Enhanced DBS Check
Recruitment Process:
- Screening of CV/application by Directors.
- First-stage online interview
- Successful candidates will then complete a second-stage practical assessment, delivering a mini 30-minute session to a group of children whilst being observed by an assessor.
