Hairdresser / Hair Stylist - Full Time

What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (minimum)
- 5+ years' hands-on experience as a stylist
- Confident across modern cutting and colour techniques, with strong product knowledge
- Comfortable managing your own client consultations, plus reception and retail duties
- A warm, professional manner and sharp attention to detail
- Available to work Saturdays - our busiest and most important day
- An open, coachable mindset - we invest heavily in ongoing training and development, so we care just as much about attitude as we do about experience
It would be a big advantage if you also have experience in:
- Curly hair cutting and styling and colouring.
- Hair extensions
- Advanced colouring techniques
- Strong general colour knowledge
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering excellent cuts, colour and styling for a loyal, established client base
- Welcoming clients and guiding them through a five-star salon experience
- Supporting reception and retail alongside the wider team
- Helping keep the salon looking its best, front and back of house
