The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team. This is a mobile role working within occupied and void social housing properties, assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works.
The successful candidate will be professional, eager to learn and able to work safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople with refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Supporting full void property refurbishments.
- General labouring duties including site preparation and clearance.
- Assisting with roofing repairs and external works.
- Carrying out internal making-good repairs.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials safely.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
- Delivering excellent customer service when working within occupied properties.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous construction or labouring experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
Desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience within social housing or property maintenance.
- CSCS Card (if held).

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime may be available.
Experience Required
- Construction Labouring: Minimum 1 year (preferred)
Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location
Pay: £26,436.80-£28,000.00 per year
