Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services on various equipment and machinery at customer sites.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications / Training
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experienced in engine / transmission rebuilds
