Established in 2020, The Service is a growing speciality coffee house in Central London. We’re building a team united by purpose, passion, and empathy, delivering meaningful hospitality and creating a positive impact for our guests and our community.
If you take genuine pride in your craft and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
The Company
Located amongst London’s most distinguished heritage destinations, our cafés have always sat at the heart of areas long associated with creativity, craftsmanship and artistic legacy. We are expanding our horizons and soon to be opening a new site in the Square Mile, a short walk from Aldgate, Tower Hill, Monument or Bank tube station.
Our customers are a mix of loyal local regulars who value exceptional coffee and service, alongside discerning coffee enthusiasts eager to discover exciting new pour-over brews. As a small independent business, we offer unparalleled opportunities for growth, creativity and professional development. Your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on the success and evolution of the business.
Kitchen Porter Vacancy
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our friendly and experienced team.
The role will primarily involve preparing breakfast and lunch items first thing in the morning, along with keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly throughout the day. You’ll also be responsible for washing up, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting the wider kitchen team wherever needed.
Previous experience preparing food in a hospitality environment is preferred, ideally with at least one year’s experience. Most importantly, you’ll need to be punctual, adaptable, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a fun, supportive team, with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the business.
If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy being part of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you!
