Duties

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and innovative dishes.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Passion for cooking with an understanding of various cuisines and dietary requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
