Job Summary

Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble building materials with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform bricklaying and masonry work to construct or repair walls, facades, and other structures
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, installing fixtures, and finishing surfaces to specifications
- Conduct roofing repairs or installations, ensuring waterproofing and structural integrity
- Operate welding equipment to join metal components securely for structural or decorative purposes
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Collaborate with team members to plan project steps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Strong knowledge of bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, roofing, and general construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Experience working with various materials such as wood, brick, concrete, metal, and roofing components
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in diverse weather conditions
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
