We're looking for an experienced, organised, and enthusiastic Head Housekeeper to help deliver exceptional standards across the park. You'll be responsible for ensuring our holiday accommodation, public areas, and guest facilities are presented to the highest standard at all times. By creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys the best possible start to their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet housekeeping requirements on a day-to-day basis
- Plan and organise daily cleaning schedules to ensure all accommodations are ready for guest arrivals
- Carry out quality inspections to maintain consistently high cleanliness standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff on a seasonal basis
- Manage stock levels of linens and cleaning supplies, ordering when required
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, including COSHH regulations
- Work closely with Reception, Maintenance, and Park Management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping (a supervisory or head role), ideally within hospitality, hotels, or holiday parks is essential
- Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible approach to working weekends, bank holidays, and peak holiday periods

Hours & Contract:
- 25+ hours per week, typically over 5 days
- Start time: 9:00am
- Finish time: 2:00pm approx
- Working days will vary based on business needs
- Weekend and school holiday availability is essential due to the nature of the role
