The Role
You will work closely with our clinicians to provide excellent chairside support while helping to create a calm, welcoming, and efficient patient journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance across a range of dental treatments
- Prepare and maintain clinical surgeries to the highest standards
- Ensure all decontamination and cross-infection control procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for treatment
- Support patients before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required
- Assist with compliance, audits, and practice protocols
- Work collaboratively with clinicians, reception, and management teams
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
What We Are Looking For
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- High standards of patient care and professionalism
- A genuine team player who is willing to support colleagues when needed
Desirable Experience
- Implant nursing
- Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry experience
- Digital scanning experience
- Sedation qualification
- Experience with Dentally or similar practice management software
