The Regent Health Club & Spa is undergoing major investment and transformation, with significant growth planned across our spa, hospitality, wellness and member experience departments.
We are now looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and highly energetic Catering & Hospitality Manager to lead and develop our hospitality offering across:
✔ The Waterfall Café
✔ Rainforest Spa hospitality operations
✔ Member & guest events
✔ Social evenings and wellness experiences
Duties
✔ Full operational management of the Waterfall Café
✔ Oversight of hospitality within the Rainforest Spa Experience
✔ Managing staffing, rotas and service standards
✔ Developing menus, upsells and profitability
✔ Creating social evenings and themed events for members and spa guests
✔ Increasing guest engagement and repeat spend
✔ Managing stock control and supplier relationships
✔ Driving exceptional customer experience standards
Experience
This is not a standard café / hospitality management role.
We are looking for somebody capable of:
✔ Driving revenue growth
✔ Improving guest spend per head
✔ Creating a premium hospitality experience
✔ Building a social and wellness atmosphere within the club
✔ Developing new hospitality concepts and events
✔ Strong hospitality or catering management background
✔ Commercially driven mindset
✔ Passion for customer experience
✔ Excellent leadership and organisational skills
✔ Experience managing teams in busy environments
✔ Creative thinker with event and social ideas
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
Package
✔ £35,000 basic salary
✔ Realistic OTE £59,000+
✔ Performance-related bonus structure
✔ Major progression opportunities as the business expands
