Hooray’s, a fun and vibrant place to enjoy delicious ice creams, desserts and drinks, and is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the store.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling.
Qualifications
- Supervising experience
- Team management skills
- Restaurant and culinary experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in food safety practices
- Prior experience in hospitality industry
- Relevant experience in food production and kitchen operations
- Barista experience and knowledge of bartending techniques
