Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working ServiceNow IRM SME / Architect for a permanent hybrid role in London, UK. Candidates that require sponsorship will still be considered.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow - 5 years+ ESSENTIAL
ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration, Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
ServiceNow certified
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
ServiceNow IRM BFSI Risk & Compliance domain, GRC
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC
The role will involve design, pre-sales, ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration, leading the development, configuration, and customization of IRM. Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM). Configure and customize Notifications, SLAs, and reporting. Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows. Integration & Data Management: Integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server). Data integrity, collaboration, requirements gathering, workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.
Salary - Up to £110k + Bonus + Benefits (salary flexible for the right role).
