Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cook/PA cover to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals following established recipes and dietary requirements
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist with meal planning, portion control to optimize quality and efficiency
- Be able to organise multiple meals in the freezer and labelled.
- Support personal assistant responsibilities such as moving and handling, as well as some personal care as and when required
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking with in a kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare diverse meals efficiently
- Previous kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with meal prep and cooking.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with personal assistant duties as needed
