Job Title: Evening Cleaner
Location: Swindon
Contract: Permanent – Part Time 15 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Rate of Pay: £12.96 per hour
About the Role
Sodexo is looking for a reliable and proactive Evening Cleaner to join our team at the Catalent site in Swindon.
You'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment. Working across designated areas of the site, you'll complete a range of cleaning tasks to agreed standards while following strict Health & Safety, hygiene, security and COSHH procedures.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across designated areas of the site

Use cleaning products, equipment and PPE safely and correctly

Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, infection control and security procedures

Follow site cleaning methods, colour-coding requirements and task instructions

Report equipment faults, building defects and potential hazards promptly

Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and customer service

Complete required training and support other reasonable cleaning tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For

Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial, pharmaceutical, laboratory or similar environment

A strong commitment to Health & Safety and following site procedures

Reliable, trustworthy and able to work on your own initiative

Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do approach

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively

Flexible, proactive and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
