Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent hospitality skills.
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure guest safety and hygiene.
- Support multilingual guests by utilizing language skills as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reception or front desk roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hospitality software systems is preferred.
