Job Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by ensuring our operatives receive accurate, high-quality job packs and the information they need to carry out their work effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing accurate, high-quality job packs with clear instructions for operatives.
- Working closely with management to ensure all information is entered into our internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with the coordination of installations, collections, and defect reports, ensuring they are processed promptly and resolved as quickly as possible.
- Programming jobs accurately within our internal systems.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to support the smooth running of daily operations.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage their own workload while working effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent typing and written English skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Confidence using internal systems and learning new software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent administrative support.
- Previous knowledge or experience of traffic management would be advantageous, although not essential.
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
