Worcester Chiropractic Clinic · Part-time (Weds & Thurs) · £12.75 per hour
We run two busy chiropractic clinics, and we’re looking for someone special to be the heart of the front of house at our Worcester practice.
This isn't a passive position, simply waving people through. We are looking for someone who can spot opportunities to improve something and then take action. If you have initiative, energy and excellent personal skills, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be the first person a new patient meets, the one who makes them feel completely looked after from the moment they walk in, and the warm, upbeat presence that makes our clinic feel like somewhere people actually want to come back to.
A patient who commits to their care gets a far better result than one who books once and drifts away. Helping people say a confident yes to their own health — warmly, honestly, and without any pressure — is what this role is really about.
And it doesn’t stop at that first decision. The best person for this notices things. They spot when a patient who’s coming in every month would be better off on a direct debit, or when someone could get more from a different arrangement — and they raise it naturally, in a way that genuinely helps the patient and keeps the clinic running well.

We’re looking for someone who
- Is happy, energetic and brilliant with people — the sort who lifts the room and makes everyone feel welcome
- Is confident and naturally persuasive in a caring, honest way, and happy to help someone commit to a decision that’s good for them
- Spots opportunities and thinks a step ahead — noticing what would help a patient and the clinic, and raising it at the right moment
- Communicates with agility — reads each person and adapts, explaining things clearly and warmly
- Lives and breathes health and wellbeing in their own life, because the right person actually believes in what we do
- Is organised enough to keep a busy front of house flowing
Hours: Wednesdays 13:30 – 20:00 and Thursdays 08:30 – 18:00.
We also value team members who can be flexible to cover for one another during holidays.
Experience: Clinical reception experience is genuinely not required, and won’t get you to the top of the pile on its own.
