Job Overview
As a Front of House Team Member at The Bridge, Barnes, you will be the face of our venue, providing a warm welcome and delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. You'll work as part of a friendly and energetic team to create a positive dining and social experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

Knowledge of the menu, daily specials and drinks offerings.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Process payments accurately using the till/POS system.

Keep dining areas clean, organised and presentable throughout service.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and clearing tables.

Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
