Role Overview
The Administrator will provide essential administrative, organisational, and management support to the Director. The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, taking responsibility, supporting senior leadership, and helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations when required
- Assist with filing, record keeping, and maintaining organised office systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal team members
- Help coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action points
- Support the Director with general business and operational tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with basic project coordination and task management
- Help improve administrative processes and office efficiency
- Support the wider business where needed as the company continues to grow
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Good computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems
- Confidence in handling administrative responsibilities independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Previous administrative, office support, or management experience is beneficial, but not essential for the right person
