Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is eager to provide excellent customer support and ensure customers have the best experience with our equipment. The role requires troubleshooting skills, a passion in customer service.. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot technical issues for customers using Blue Ice Machines’ equipment, ensuring accurate diagnosis and resolution.Provide clear and effective technical support via phone, email, and video call.Offer detailed product training and advice to customers, ensuring they understand how to properly use and maintain their equipment.Manage customer inquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.Work closely with other team members to resolve complex issues and share valuable insights.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
"This role involves providing phone support exclusively for hardware-related issues with the machine. It does not include support for software problems."
Qualifications: Strong passion for customer service and technical support. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and troubleshoot effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in working with CRM Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
