Job Summary
We are looking for a talented, experienced and qualified Beauty Therapist to join our busy, friendly salon and training academy.
Do you have an existing client base? Are you self-employed and now wish to join a friendly, supportive team?
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and is eager to grow within the business, with the potential to move into training and teaching private beauty courses with our company.
The role will primarily focus on delivering high-quality beauty treatments in a fast-paced environment, while also offering opportunities to develop further skills and support the growth of our salon and academy.
**Key Responsibilities**
-Deliver a wide range of professional beauty treatments to a high standard (including but not limited to- Waxing, Intimate Waxing, Massage, Facials and Traditional Beauty Treatments)
-Work efficiently with back-to-back appointments in a busy salon environment
-Maintain excellent client care and build strong client relationships
-Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
-Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon
-Contribute ideas for business growth and client retention
-Support social media activity by providing content and updates to the PA for publication
-Assist with stock control and general salon duties
**About You**
-Experienced and fully competent Beauty Therapist -Confident in a wide range of treatments and techniques
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Friendly, professional, and reliable
-Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
-A positive, team-focused attitude with a “can-do” approach
-Passionate about the beauty industry and ongoing development
