Friends at Play After School Club
Friends at Play is a welcoming and vibrant after-school club providing high-quality childcare for children aged 3–12 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individual to join our team and help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Location: Little Kingshill, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: 7th September 2026

Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Working Hours
- Monday & Thursday: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 3:00pm – 5:30pm
There may also be opportunities to increase your hours through work within our Breakfast Club and Holiday Club for the right candidate.
About the Role
As part of our dedicated team, you will help provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children attending the club. You will support a range of activities, encourage positive relationships, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the setting.
We are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in, bring new ideas, and add value to the club as we continue striving to be the very best version of ourselves.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above) is desirable.
- Experience working with children aged 3–12 years.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) would be a significant advantage.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing.
