An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team at 65a Valley Road, short breaks service, as a Team Leader. This is a key leadership role where you’ll support and guide a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services to people with a learning disability.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising and supporting staff in their daily duties
- Conducting weekly progress meetings and staff supervisions
- Authorising time and mileage claims
- Creating and distributing weekly rotas
- Carrying out audits and spot checks to ensure service quality
- Completing, risk assessments, Positive behaviour plans, Care plans and coordinating bed bookings.
- Ensuring compliance with NYC policies and CQC regulations

Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Care / Promoting Independence
or
- NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
