ABOUT THE ROLE
Northbridge Automotive is a B2B vehicle sourcing and wholesale distribution business operating across the UK and Ireland. We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Finance & Operations Manager to sit at the centre of the business as we scale. It's a genuinely varied role that blends day-to-day finance with hands-on operations — one moment reconciling accounts in Xero, the next coordinating a vehicle collection with a transporter or chasing paperwork with a customs agent. It will suit someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving and everyone talking to each other.
This is a hands-on, standalone role at the heart of a growing business — you'll own the finance and operational functions day to day rather than manage a team, with real scope for the role and responsibility to grow as the company scales.
