Salary: £18,500–£26,000 depending on experience and development
Kemps Landscaping Ltd is looking for a hardworking and ambitious Trainee Landscaper to join our growing team.
We are based in Maidstone and work throughout the surrounding areas and across Kent, delivering a wide range of high-quality landscaping projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a genuine career in landscaping. Experience is useful, but we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The Role
You'll work alongside experienced landscapers and learn all aspects of the trade, including:
- Groundworks and site preparation
- Paving and patios
- Fencing and timber work
- Drainage
- Turfing and planting
- Using tools and machinery
- General site organisation and project work
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Hardworking and reliable
