We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Person to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while handling payments securely.
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety protocols related to food safety, alcohol serving laws, and responsible beverage service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively environment that encourages repeat visits and positive guest feedback.
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospitality environments, particularly in bars or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve people from diverse backgrounds confidently.
- Cellar management.
- Proficiency in serving drinks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
