About the Company
We are an established construction company based in Croydon, working across a range of construction and refurbishment projects throughout London.
We have a strong, established workforce, including experienced Polish and Ukrainian construction workers and trade teams, and we are currently looking to expand our workforce with reliable and experienced people across a number of trades.
We offer ongoing opportunities across different projects and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are reliable and want consistent work with an established team.
The Role
We are looking for construction workers and skilled tradespeople to work across various sites throughout London.
Depending on your trade and experience, responsibilities may include general construction work, site preparation, building and refurbishment, installation, repairs, finishing work and other trade-specific duties.
We are particularly interested in:
- Labourers
- Skilled Labourers
- Carpenters
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Bricklayers
- Groundworkers
- Painters & Decorators
- Multi-Trades
- Other experienced construction trades
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in construction or your relevant trade
- A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good standards of workmanship
- CSCS card or relevant qualifications where required for the role
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely on site
For some positions, relevant qualifications or trade experience will be essential. For general labouring and entry-level positions, we are also willing to consider candidates who are motivated, reliable and keen to develop their experience.

Working Hours
