Dreamers Bed Centre is a long-established, family-run business with over 30 years of delivering exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow both in-store and online, we are looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, varied role combining sales, warehousing, logistics, and customer service. You will be an essential part of the team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Assisting customers with what they are looking for, learning the products to sell confidently and processing sales
- Logistics: Organising and scheduling customer deliveries
- Deliveries: Delivering goods to customers and assisting with product servicing when required
- Showroom: Merchandising displays and assisting customers both in-store and over the phone
- Warehousing: Stock control, loading and unloading deliveries, assisting where needed in the warehouse
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly motivated, positive, and reliable individual
- Experience in retail (preferred)
- Experience in warehousing or a hands-on role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Confident, efficient, and able to meet high standards
- A team player with a proactive approach to work
Working Hours:
- Flexibility is essential
- Weekend work required
- This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends. As weekends are a key trading period for our business, availability over weekends are essential. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to work varying hours to meet the needs of the business.
