About the Role:
- Leading a close-knit team of 4-5 in a boutique Cheltenham setting
- Coaching and developing your people every single day
- Delivering an exceptional premium customer experience
- Building long-term client relationships
- Driving sales through genuine service - not hard selling
- Creating beautiful visual merchandising standards
- Protecting and developing an already outstanding culture
