Market Insights & User Feedback: Collect user feedback to understand their experience and needs. Identify emerging campus trends and key user pain points. Analyze user data to support and drive data-informed decisions.

Creative Content & Campaign Planning: Plan and execute engaging campus events to boost brand awareness. Develop localized content and creative social media campaigns to attract the target audience.

Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of online and offline events, including resource integration, workflow management, and ensuring key performance targets are met.
Who We Are Looking For

International students currently enrolled at universities in the UK or Australia; preferably graduating in or after 2027. Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Individuals with strong market insight and a talent for identifying user needs and providing constructive suggestions.

Well-connected individuals on campus with access to resources in student societies or CSSA. Experience in event planning, community management, or social media operations is a plus.

Candidates with exceptional execution and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive projects forward.

Familiarity with the Alipay Tuition Payment service is a bonus.
