What’s the role?
As a Salon Supervisor, you’ll still be hands-on with treatments, but you’ll also help support the daily flow of the salon. You’ll be a role model for the team and a key support to the Salon Manager – stepping in when needed, keeping the vibe high, and ensuring clients always leave feeling amazing.

You’ll thrive here if you...
- Have at least 2 years' experience as a therapist in a salon
- Deliver great nails (Gel/Biab) and waxing treatments with care and precision
- Are confident, calm and genuinely enjoy supporting others
- Want to grow your leadership skills and step into more responsibility
- Are a team player who values consistency, high standards, and good vibes
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Duty Manager in day-to-day salon operations
- Acting as the go-to for therapists during shifts, holidays or absences
- Helping onboard and train new team members
- Managing bookings, salon hygiene, and stock levels
- Handling client feedback or issues when needed
- Leading by example – both in client care and team culture

What you need
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty (minimum)
- Experience in Gel polish and Waxing treatments
- Good communication skills and salon experience
- Willingness to lead, organise, and support others
Bonus:
- NVQ Level 3
- E-file or lash/brow treatments experience
- Hot wax and Intimate waxing experience
- Familiarity with salon software
- Past experience with mentoring, rota support, or keyholding
