Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures during late hours
- Maintain security by, conducting patrols of the premises, and controlling access points
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure all guest areas are tidy, safe, and well-maintained throughout your shift
- Handle emergency situations calmly by following established protocols and liaising with emergency services when necessary
- Keep detailed logs of nightly activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure seamless overnight operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Strong understanding of guest services principles and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining alertness and professionalism
- Flexibility to work overnight hours Friday to Monday and to cover holidays where required
- Knowledge of security procedures, CCTV operation, and emergency response protocols is a plus
