We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and reliable Youth Visual Arts Facilitator to plan and deliver engaging weekly visual arts classes for young people. The facilitator will create a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can explore a range of artistic techniques, develop creative confidence, and express themselves through art.
The post holder will lead on planning, preparation, delivery and evaluation of Brewery Youth Arts creative learning activity. The main responsibility will be preparing for and delivering weekly sessions during term time, supporting local children and young people aged 0-16 years to access inclusive and compelling visual arts experiences, and empowering them to develop creative skills and confidence.
Delivery will take place in Brewery Arts Creative Learning Studios on Tuesdays 1pm – 2.30pm (Home Educated Group aged 7+), 4pm-5.30pm (After-School session for 7-16 years) and Wednesday 4pm-5.30pm (After-School session for 7-16years). Hours of Work:
4.5 teaching hours and 4.5 hours of class administration per week
Pay:
£27.50 per hour for teaching and additional pay for class administration
