Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team, ensuring high cleanliness standards in guest houses, rental properties, and communal areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deep cleaning, replenishing supplies, and completing laundry tasks to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across multiple properties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
A. Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain communal areas in a clean and tidy condition.
2. Hoover and mop floors throughout the properties.
3. Clean window sills, surfaces, and other high-contact areas.
4. Strip and make beds to a professional standard.
5. Replenish toiletries, linens, and essential supplies in guest houses.
6. Complete all laundry and ironing tasks as part of property turnovers.
7. Use a Rug Doctor to deep clean carpets as required.
B. Quality Assurance & Compliance
1. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
2. Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages.
3. Follow company protocols for hygiene and cleanliness standards.
4. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety regulations.
C. Leadership & Operational Management
1. Follow checklists and company procedures for property turnovers.
2. Work independently while managing time efficiently.
3. Support team members as needed to meet turnaround deadlines.
D. Governance & Professional Development
1. Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines.
2. Maintain confidentiality regarding property and guest information.
3. Attend any necessary training sessions to enhance cleaning skills.

Qualifications & Experience
· Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
· Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must have a full UK driving license and be comfortable traveling between properties.
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.
