Nursery Cleaner
Location: Near Tunbridge Wells
Hours: 8 hours per week over 3 days (Ideal shift start time 6pm).
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Requirements: Full UK driving licence essential
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and friendly cleaner to join our nursery team and help us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our children, staff, and families.
This is a lovely, flexible role perfect for someone looking for part-time evening hours that can fit around other commitments. You'll be working approximately 8 hours per week, spread flexibly across 3 days. Friday evening or weekend shift is a must but we are flexible with the other 2 shifts to fit around your commitments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and sanitising all areas of the nursery to the highest standards
- Ensuring toys, equipment, and surfaces are hygienically maintained
- Vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying throughout the setting
- Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
- Following health and safety guidelines to keep our environment safe for children
What We're Looking For
- A reliable, trustworthy person with a positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across 3 days per week, with occasional weekend availability
- Must hold a full UK driving licence – our nursery is located in a rural area near Tunbridge Wells, away from public transport routes
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – we'll support you!
