We are a large, forward thinking practice providing high quality care to over 18,500 patients. We are seeking a Care Navigator to join our friendly and motivated reception team.
As a Care Navigator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will provide healthcare support by asking guided questions (without offering clinical advice) to guide our patients to the most appropriate medical professional or community service.
If you have experience of working as a trained receptionist or administrator in a primary or secondary care setting and enjoy working in a busy, caring environment, you may be the person we are looking for to join our fantastic team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills are required. The reception team handle a high volume of patient enquiries, both in person, on the phone and electronically. Confidentiality is key to the role which requires honesty, discretion, and a flexible and adaptable approach.
Good IT skills are required together with attention to detail.
You will have a full induction programme and on-going training will be provided.
It is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday.

Annual salary: £24,853/37.5 hours a week. Immediate start available.
Core hours are from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm, so as a team flexibility is required to cover these shifts.
