KOVAA Studio is a boutique women-only Reformer Pilates studio with 14 reformers. We are looking for a passionate, reliable and personable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.
The Person We Are Looking For-
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys teaching, cares about clients and wants to be part of building a welcoming studio community, not simply someone who comes in, teaches their class and leaves.
- Be warm, friendly and approachable, with a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Create challenging, effective and varied classes, changing class plans weekly so clients stay engaged
- Be confident teaching both beginners and more experienced clients
- Be reliable and punctual, arriving early to prepare the studio and welcome clients
- Be comfortable opening and closing the studio independently
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming and professional environment
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Genuinely care about KOVAA, its clients and the growth of the studio
Requirements
- Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
- Previous Reformer Pilates teaching experience
- Strong understanding of Pilates technique, anatomy and safe exercise
- Confident, professional and engaging teaching style
- Reliable and organised
