Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aesthetics Trainer/Tutor to deliver specialised training programmes in aesthetic treatments and skincare techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating aspiring professionals, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the industry. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on various aesthetic procedures, skincare treatments, and related topics.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical demonstrations to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess students’ progress through practical assessments and theoretical tests, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and innovations within the aesthetics sector.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, confidence, and professional growth among students.
- Organise schedules for training sessions, workshops, and assessments in accordance with programme requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during practical training sessions.
Experience
- Proven experience in aesthetics treatment procedures such as skincare, facial treatments, or other relevant therapies.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for those new to teaching.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong organisational skills to manage lesson planning, student assessments, and programme delivery efficiently.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for creating educational content and managing student records.
- Good interpersonal skills to motivate students and foster a supportive learning environment.
