As the Cybersecurity Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the DTTL Cybersecurity Execution Team; lead infrastructure security related activities including vulnerability management, server hardening compliance monitoring, and implementation of security standards, best practices, guidance and procedures; and assist with annual security reviews. Additional responsibilities include:
Strategic

Be the primary point of contact for cybersecurity-related shared services as the consumer of services, ensuring that services are delivered in line with service agreements.

Identify security exposures that exist or may pose potential threats to Deloitte’s networks or systems.

Notify leadership of potential or existing threats and lead the development of risk-mitigating strategies of assigned items.

Identify areas for improvement including systems integration, new technology, and automation and lead the design and implementation of solutions.

Provide SME leadership for the continued risk reduction programs development within DTTL from a cybersecurity perspective, providing expert guidance and input on current and future security needs.

Lead cybersecurity standards compliance reviews of DTTL Security Shared Services.

Monitor security blogs, articles, and reports and remain current on related laws, regulations, and industry standards to keep up to date on the latest security risks, threats, and technology trends, and where relevant notify leadership to incorporate information into processes, procedures, and audit preparedness activities.
Operational

Lead the operational oversight of the vulnerability management tool, ensuring the tool and supporting processes are working effectively to identify and report vulnerabilities in Deloitte systems.

Track the progress for the remediation of identified risks and vulnerabilities and provide appropriate reporting to leadership, intervening and escalating where necessary to ensure agreed priorities and timescales are met.

Identify non-compliances to global standards, lead work with DTTL colleagues to remediate and implement treatment plans.

Monitor ServiceNow queues and ensure requests are handled within specified SLAs.

Provide Cybersecurity SME support to DTTL colleagues and processes relating to vulnerability management, compliance with security controls, Active Directory policy, privileged access, cloud security, network security, cyber security incidents, and change management.
Relationship Management

Create, develop, and maintain strong relationships across DTTL, understanding system administrator, developer, and end user requirements.

Form a strong relationship with the Member firm Services and Shared Service teams to assist in the remediation of globally-identified vulnerabilities and management of security within DTTL managed environments.

Develop strong relationships with Cybersecurity representatives within member firms to collaborate and share experiences and issues, solving problems holistically.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- Strong experience in engineering and operations in an information security context
- Proven track record and experience of developing and supporting security requirements across a broad spectrum of infrastructure and end user computing technologies
- Expert knowledge of key cybersecurity technologies such as network security tools (firewalls, intrusion detection system (IDS)/ intrusion protection system (IPS), content filtering, network access control (NAC), end-point protection (AV, EDR, MDM), data loss prevention, encryption, vulnerability management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of information security legal and regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS, Azure, GCP, SAAS, PAAS, IAAS
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office technologies
- Ability to manage a global team
