M.E.W.P Operator (3a,3b) for Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks
Role: Working on industrial/commercial properties to clean, maintain and repair also bird netting installation and other maintenance tasks as required.
- One full time position and one Ad-Hoc position available.
- Applicants local to Moray area only.
- Driving license is highly preferred to attend various work locations.
Methods: Operation of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP’s)3a/3b cert, Working at height equipment and Industrial vacuum pole methods.
- Current IPAF 3a/3b certified or previous MEWP experience required.
- Working at height experience beneficial.
Duties:
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to procedures, site rules, and regulations.
* Comply with customers Permit to Work systems.
* Operation of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP3a & 3b) and small plant/machinery.
* Working at height operations.
* Outdoor working.
* Removal of all vegetation and debris from guttering, parapets/valley gutters and flat roof areas.
* Minor repair/replacement of any damaged guttering.
* Catalogue occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
* Bird netting/prevention installations
* Other maintenance tasks as required
Skills/Qualifications:
Reliability, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Safety Awareness, Multi-tasking, Competency, Attendance, Dependability, Teamwork, Flexibility, Power Tools, IPAF certified an advantage.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
