Tilian Kids is an ethical, eco-friendly brand, providing sustainable clothing and high-quality gifts for babies and young children. Tillian in old English means to ‘strive for and cultivate’, and we hope that, from small beginnings, big things are possible!
We are looking for a Key holder and a Sales Assistant to join us in Bath!
Hours:
- 20–35 hours per week (flexible, depending on the right candidate).
- Typical working days are Tuesday to Saturday (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Your Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the store as a key holder.
- Managing the shop on a day-to-day basis.
- Providing outstanding customer service and building genuine relationships with our customers.
- Assisting customers with product selection and purchases.
- Processing sales and handling payments accurately.
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and keeping the shop clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.
- Receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, and organising the stock.
- Monitoring stock levels and helping with inventory management.
- Supporting promotions, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is friendly, approachable, and enjoys talking to people.
- Is organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Is reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently.
- Has previous retail experience (preferred but not essential).
- Has a passion for children's fashion, independent retail, or premium brands.
- Is proactive, positive, and takes pride in creating a beautiful shopping environment.
- Is flexible and willing to work weekends and busy seasonal periods when required.
