What We’re Looking For
- Skilled plasterers with a strong eye for detail and a clean finish
- Experience with skimming, patch repairs, bonding, boarding, making good, and full-room plastering
- Ideally some decorating experience, including painting and basic finishing work
- Own tools and reliable transport
- Professional, polite, and trustworthy — you’ll be working in customers’ homes
- Reliable and organised — you do what you say you’re going to do
- Someone who takes pride in the overall customer experience, not just the trade work
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering and making-good works to a high and consistent standard
- Prepare surfaces properly before plastering
- Complete patch repairs, ceiling works, wall repairs, and full-room skimming where required
- Protect customers’ homes before starting work
- Keep the working area tidy and leave the property in a respectful condition
- Communicate clearly with both customers and our team
- Take pride in the finish, cleanliness, and overall standard of the job
