Location: Bradford, BD5 8LJ
Rate of Pay: £26,227 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 6:30am - 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals.

Running your own section of the kitchen during service.

Ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.

Managing stock, reducing waste, and ensuring ingredients are stored correctly.

Working as part of a fast-paced, friendly kitchen team.

Helping to train and support junior kitchen staff.

Contributing ideas for menus and seasonal dishes

Serving approximately 600 covers per day, including breakfast, lunch, deli, salads, home bakery, functions & hospitality
Our ideal candidate will be:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to step up.

Passion for fresh food and delivering exceptional quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
