Glass Onion is the UK's leading independent vintage pioneer, rescuing millions of garments from landfill and making sustainable fashion easy, accessible, and aspirational. We need an innovative and exciting Store Manager to take the reins of a high-energy, high-performing store.
This role is for a leader who focuses on the numbers, the people, and the purpose. You'll drive profitability and performance by mastering our retail framework and keeping our customers happy.
Your Mission (What You'll Deliver)
Your mission is clear: Deliver the numbers of an exciting, inspiring and profitable Glass Onion store by being the conductor.
You will be accountable for:
- Driving Profitability: Achieving ambitious sales and financial targets and managing costs.
- Commercial: Utilising key metrics like Conversion and Average Order Value (AOV) to ensure the store is running at maximum efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Leading, Managing, and holding Accountable a team to be their best.
- Talent Development: Developing our team and focusing on "Creating the next Store Manager."
- Operational Control: Flawless visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring the shop is a great place to work and visit.

Salary
