***Weekdays lunchtime shift only*** Reel Fish and Chips is excited to announce we have a vacancy for a customer service advisor, Tuesday to Friday 11:45am-2:30pm. This vacancy is for a vibrant energetic individual, dedicated to excellent customer service with a strong desire to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Would ideally suit someone outgoing with experience in the retail industry.
Our work environment includes:
- Shop retail premises
- Takeaway and dine-in service
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers coming in to buy food or placing orders via other platforms
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order collection
- Perform data entry onto the till epos system
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain the cleanliness and strict hygiene standards of the whole premises at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with other team staff members to create a positive working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a must.
- Strong desire to grow and establish the REEL brand in the area in a positive light
