v To promote the highest standards of child care for the successful achievement of the intellectual, emotional and social development of each child.
v To assess in conjunction with the EYFS Coordinator, the individual needs of each child in order to optimize their progress and development.
v To carry out effectively and thoroughly the daily programmes drawn up for each age related children’s group.
v To make sure that all the procedures detailed in the Operating Manual are complied with, and to make sure that they have a thorough knowledge of these procedures.
v Work in Partnership with Parents to ensure all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stages are complied with.
